General Terms and Conditions

Pulse Denshi is a specialist to support small quantity assembly manufacturers. We purchase from multiple suppliers of components parts, on behalf of customers against parts list, and make production kits for convenience of productions. This method will help customers' cost and time, as well as man power of procurement activity.
Following is our requests to the customers, who will find our home page and interested to contact us, so as to enable us to perform best quality of service to you.


1.About inquiries

We basically do not sell large quantity and single type of component or equipment. ( This type of business is normally done by your local distributor of such items.) We would like to receive your components parts list (electronics components parts only) per Excel table. We will put such information into our procurement system and contact our suppliers for getting price and delivery on behalf of you.

A.Inquiries and Communication languages
Please make sure that your inquiry will be either in English or Japanese.
Our communication will be made in such languages also.
B.Currency
Currency to be used for business is Japanese Yen only.
In order to submit lowest possible price to our customers, our quotation does not include risk for currency rate change.
C.Archive
Your attachment on your inquiry, such as parts list should be sent without any kind of archive, regardless of size of such information. We understand that you do not wish any delay of our reply to maintain your production schedule. We also wish immediate response for your inquiries.

2.Placing Purchase Orders and Payment

A.Upon acceptance of our quotation, please advise your Purchase Order Number by e-mail (our e-mail address, trade@pulse-denshi.co.jp). Please also advise your account number at FedEx , DHL, or Footwork Int'l. Our quotation will be based upon ex-warehouse. Costs for the Customs clearance for getting out from Japan as well as getting into your country will be charged to your account. Cost and Insurance and freight are also customer's account.
B.Upon receipt of your Purchase Order, we will advise you our bank account number. We ask you for remittance in advance to shipment.
Purpose of this advance payment is to support customers' production schedule. We do not wish to spend customer's time for obtaining bank reference and other information.
C.Validity of our quotation is within 2 weeks after such our quotation date.
D.Minimum amount of your Purchase Order is yen100,000-.

3.Shortage and Quality issue

Prior to shipment, we do our best to make sure that the quantity of component should meet your requirement of Purchase Order.
Also we will make sure that the components will work as per suppliers' specification. However, in case shortage or defective components is found upon arrival, please inform us immediately.
We will ship shortage components and replacement to the defective items by our account. Such shipment will be effected by EMS. (International Postal Service)We need sample as well as defective report from you immediately. We need such components for our future quality improvement programs.
Please note that we can guarantee quality specification as per our component manufacturer's standard quality assurance. However, we can help your engineers to interface between our suppliers for quality issue.
